Pivovarna Vizir was first presented in the media during the heyday of brewing festivals. At the time, everyone was surprised to learn that we had been brewing beer since 2008. We are glad that they recognised our story as truly unique. For most of the period of our operation, we were engaged in brewing beer for other brands. Now, once again, we draw attention to our own brand of Vizir beer. This one impresses not only with its new look, but also with extremely refined flavours and longer durability. You can also get to know us through the eyes of the media.

In the Saturday supplement of the newspaper Delo, we were described as the godfathers of the Slovenian craft beer scene:
“Another special feature of Vizir is that they have opened the door to many new brewers. Maister and Loo-blah-nah breweries, among others, have grown under their influence. That is why the brewery near Črnomelj is not only a pioneer, but also a godfather of the Slovenian craft beer scene.”

In the article on Siol.net about Slovenian microbreweries, as well as about Vizir’s experimentation:
“The red lining of their experimentation is natural ingredients. They do not add artificial colours, flavours and preservatives and, if possible, they include ingredients from the local environment in the beer. For example, beer with chestnuts from a nearby forest, and beer with Bela krajina honey.”

As part of the Exchange of Good Practice event, Radio Odeon concluded as follows:
“Business partners are also brewing here, and together they are successfully raising the beer drinking culture in Slovenia and spreading love for beer abroad.”
